17 in chicago wanting tattoo

Are there anyy clean and sanitary places or people that can do a tattoo for a 17 year old male in chicago?

Also, Larry Brogan's in the area and his apprentice Joe Pasternak has just started tattooing. If any of these artists wont tattoo you until you are 18, then you should wait.

There are plenty of great places in Chicago. Tattoo Factory, Chicago Tattoo Company, Jade Dragon, and Tatu Tattoo to name a few. Unfortunately, you have to be 21 years old now in Illinois to get a tattoo. Good luck.
