Reminds me of a test I used to give people all the time that nobody ever passed: First, I'd ask them to spell the word "silk" Then, I'd ask them to tell me what cows drink. Everyone always answered "milk", which is incorrect. Cows drink water, not milk.

Actually, I confess to having said "red hammer" myself. I do have a point of contention: The 2% are not following directions. If you "truly" clear your mind and blurt out the first thing that comes to you from such a question, your brain will pick the most commonly occuring ideas. Picking anything else means you weren't completely cleared of analytical thinking and spent at least a second searching for an answer. You may not realize it and may deny it up and down, but its purely a matter of a split second that shows the difference.

2% scmo percent... It seems like we're in the majority there maggie. You go to hampshire college, you know not to trust any headlines! Either that or we're all thinking too much on this board... I bet we all have different favorite colors, but all equate hammer with tool... To do the test better they shouldnt prep you for the 2% outcome and just let you do the test, then tell you the percentages...
