6 wrap or 8 wrap

What's the difference between 6 wrap and 8 wrap coils? I usually use 8 for liner, 10 for shader...

6 wrap will work good for a liner. I had a Natianal Flyweight machine with 6 wrap and worked great. Now for Shader stick with 8-10. If you ask me what I would choose, I say an 8 wrap.

Thanks FK, simple question, simple answer... I'm no scratcher, just finished my apprenticeship this past March, just asking for more opinion man. Been tattooing professionally for just 5 months. Still A LOT to learn.

LOL... I'm a horny bastard, sweet talk tattooist turns me on. Oh by the way King, already ordered the National flyweight, runs sweet. One of the artists at the shop use it as a spare, works well for her.

I'm glad the tip worked ;) Nationals is good stuff. Never had a single problem with my flyweight.
