A heart with wings in Orange County, CA

I've had this idea for awhile now... I want a heart with wings, and the phrase "Let Go" either above it or on it somehow. (colored too) I've talked to a few artists and havent really liked their ideas. If anyone knows any tattoo places near me that they think would do a nice job with this, let me know. Thanks!
