Accutane after Tattoo

I have had a tattoo since last August and I have been dealing with acne on my shoulder moderatly. I have a few blemish scars from being naive and picking at it. Does anyone have experience with any topical creams or medications that have been effective. I would like to avoid using Accutane just because of how intense this medication is. I would appreciate any feedback thanks.

best thing to do is to stop using ointment...a and d might help...ur jus gonna have to expieremnt..evryone reacts differently!
