The tattoo I want to get is pretty simple, I want to get a scattering of stars on my chest. It will start right above my left breast and end on my left shoulder and will consist of 6-9 stars. I wanted to get a black light tattoo and I think that this will be a cute and simple design for it. But no one I know is in to tattoos so I can't get any advice. Any way any opinions (good or bad) will be appreciated! Thanks.
