Age and Tattoos

Hi. I'm a high school student doing a survey on age and tattoos for my statistics class. I guess I'm trying to see if after your first tattoo, what is the rate of increase with age. My friends are mostly younger, so it wouldnt help me figure out at which age, if any, most people stop getting more tattoos. If you can respond at which age you got your first tattoo, how old you are now, and how many tattoos you have now, I would greatly appreciate it. Something like this would actually be better- Age - Tattoos 18 - 1 19 - 4 20 - 9 25 - 9 30 - 12 35 - 28 and so on. Thanks a lot

Have you taken in consideration people who get like there whole back done as a one tattoo? Because you could have like 4 tattoos and they could cover 70% of your body.

I'll help: 26-1 31-2 39-3 42-5 43-6 I'm on a tear..I'm getting a 7th in 3 weeks (still 43)

18-2 19-5 20-started half sleeve plus 2 21-more on half sleeve plus 1 22-finish half sleeve start on calf sleeve plus 2 23-chest piece plus 1 so for me then older i got the bigger the pieces became hope this helps

I find the older I get the more they hurt. ha. 17 - 1 18 - 2 19 -3-4 20 - 25 5,6... started working on sleeves and back 32 - still working on sleeves and back and ribs and blah. Almost everything I got before, say, 22-23 Im getting lasered.

19 - 1 20 - 2 25 - 3 (cover-up of #1) 27 - working on a big back piece 31 - 5 (still working on that back piece, new artist) 34 - 7 (and still working on that back piece)

27 - 1 37 - got numbers two and three And many, many more planned.

14=1 16=2 17=3 18=4 23=5(cover up of # 1) 24=Half my back, from top of neck to middle of back 25=Still trying to finish the back and I want many more to follow

21-one tattoo (just got it) Family Stats: My cousin Age 18- 1st tat 20- 2nd 22- planned 3rd on b-day (4/20) My mother: 35- 1 tat My Uncle: 37- 1st in the following couple of yrs got 2 more Other Uncle: 40- 1st tat Other cousin: 20- 1st tat now 24 and prob has about 7

18 - 1st tattoo 26 - 2nd tattoo 36 - 3rd tattoo It takes longer to heal when you get older. 2 weeks and scab still not falling off, itchy has hell!

16- got my first 17- got my second which takes up the bottom 1/2 of my back. 18- i have 3. i add every year. most people i know started around 16. thats usually the age people start. my sister got her first at 15. she's not even 16 and has 2.

17-1 23-2 27-Getting one more. I just love them.

18-2(one on my bday and another later on) 19-1 more so that makes a total of 3

Looks like I'm the oldest so far. 1963 I was 14- 1 home made graffiti 15- 2 home made graffiti 19- 3 panther head upper right arm 50- 4 dragon upper arm 56- 5 right fore arm dragon pyramid eye I’m looking at one for my left fore arm either scorpion or eagle.

16- 1 16- 2 18- 3 19- 4 23- 5 27- 6 31- getting a sleeve in the very near future. All of my tattoos get bigger the more I get as well.

34 - Just got my first. will definitely get more been planning since i was 18, but knew i would regret if i rushed and got the wrong thing.

36 - 1 st and 2nd 37 - 3rd 38 - 4th
