NICE NEW SHOP IN PROCESS LOOKIN FOR ARTIST,

I don't know any tatoo artists but I am looking for a tatoo shop in Delaware that will use a topical anesthetic for my next tatoo. I want to have my stretchmarks on both sides of my stomach camouflaged. I am very self concious about them and want them less noticable, but I need some kind of numbing because I am very sensitive in that area. Will your shop be offering that?
