You're never going to get anywhere like this.
First, you can't make your potential employer (PE) do the work - you have to make the contact, they have better things to do.
Write a resume and a cover letter, and most importantly, a portfolio (multiple sets of prints that you can give away).
Customize the letter for each PE; research the company and the artists, include why you want to work for them in particular.
Go online and read up on good cover letters and resumes. If yours are unprofessional, no one will take you seriously.
Deliver the goods in person if you can, try to come when its slow.
Yes, coming online is a good way to find PEs, but you still have to make the contact and sell yourself.
I'm not in the tattoo business, but it's still a business.
