Arabic tattoo

I am wanting a new tattoo in arabic writing. Does anyone have any ideas as to find someone who can do this?!

Hi, I'm also wanting the same thing done. I've been searchin for the perfect one for ages. I don't think there's anyone out there who does them specifically, but most good tattoo artists do custom work, so if you show them a design you want, they'l do it for you. If you want your name, or a custom caigraphic design done in arabic, there are companies that will do it for you, send it to you, then you can talk it over with you tattoo artist: http://www.hobok.com/tattoo/indexeng.htm - they do a service specifically for tattoos http://www.sakkal.com/SakkalCaligNames.html - these guys provide the same type of thing, but dont tell them its for a tattoo, they're a bit on the religious side ;) Hope this helps -K

If your looking for something to translate http://lexiquetos.ohui.net/nombres-arabe/ is really good I used that web for mine, now http://www.webpersonal.net/jordimastrullenque/tatus/index.en.html, this guy Jordi is amazing I have been trying to get in touch with him since June and I have not received a response, I have since gone another direction, with great results, I found an artist/tattooist and he is drawing it up for me as we speak (write). Ive found if you can find an artist and know what you are putting on your body and have the correct translations as well as patience you may get what you are looking for. It has takeing me a while and I am upset I could not get a response from Jordi because is work is EXCELLENT, but I think I may have found the one (insha-allah, GOD-Willing in arabic)Good Luck and I hope this helps.

keep in mind that spelling in arabic varies. arabic alphabet and language is very phonetic, so things are written how they sound. an example: when i was in cairo recently, the signs there drove me nuts--because i am both a spelling fanatic and a touch OCD! For instance, Moukattam is a nice suburb of cairo. i saw signs for el moukattam, el makattam, makattum, etc. and of course, cairo is el qahira also! also remember that there is no 'p' in arabic. no 'v' either. good luck.

i too have been wanting to get a tattoo in arabic i definatly want to get insha allah tattooed going from my elbow to my wrist but i found a website that shows what it looks like in arabic but i want to be sure thats what it says ive wanted this tattoo seince i saw the show sleeper cell i want it bad.... but my main problem is i am spanish and dont want to offend anyone who is arabic!! so i need someones input if at all possible can someone send me a e-mail of what insha' allah really looks like? and tell me if i will offend anyone i dont see why i would though i dont really follow any religion but i believe there is one god as do jews, catholics, and islamics, and i think any open minded person would know they have different beliefs but they all pray to the same god please someone help me my e-mail is [email removed] this is the only tattoo as of now i know i want for sure and will always be proud of!! i love the way Muslims use this term i got nothing but respect for all religions expecially islam but not the radicals!!
