arm slashed blood pouring out anyone know???

does anyone know how i can find a picture with a a slashed , cut, and blood pouring out of the cut. ?? and is it possible. any inquiry will be helpfull thank you. one more question can you get a coloured (red) tattoo on top of a black tattoo and will it show??
