Artist for good custom work in Toronto Area?

Hey Guys, The husband and I have just moved to Toronto and are looking for some good custom work. I have part of the concept together, just need someone creative to embellish it further...I'm looking for someone who's really good with pure black (maybe with a little shading). Didn't know that you could screw up a plain black tattoo till I got one that was totally uneven! I've checked what you guys wrote earlier and a lot of the links are outdated. Bobby Tyrell was fully booked out at the conventions. Can someone please help me out... totally lost and I can't really visit every single tattoo shop right now to find the right one... just want a couple of solid places to check them out!
