Artist in Detroit or Toledo Area?

I searched the artist listings and didn't see any for the Detroit or Toledo area. I have a friend who wants to get a tattoo and lives around there. Any suggestions? There's got to be some good people tattooing up there somewhere.

What type of tattoos? There is a convention in Detroit every year (spring maybe?) that attracts some of the best custom tattoo artists in the world...

There is also a convention in Dayton ohio and the Hell City Tattoo Festival will be returning to Columbus and that convention is one my very favorites every year.
