Artist Loyalty

I have 2 tattoos , both done by the same artist which I am very pleased with her work. I plan on getting more work done from her in the future, but I have an idea for a tattoo that I'm not sure if she would be the best one suited for it. Would an artist take offense if I went to someone else for a specific piece? I want to get a picture of an arabian horse at night raring up at the sky at a shooting star. I want the horse to look like a ghost as if the spirit of the horse is there. If you think its ok to shop around can anyone recommend a good artist near central ohio who could do the type of tattoo I described? Thanks for your help, and what a great website this is.
fact remains it is your body if you feel that the piece is not in that artist league or style you have every right to go to another artist i encourage it also i like to see various artist on clients it shows to me that they are free of choice and such that is my 2 cents if the other artist takes offense then too bad ive given other artist tattoos because i fekt that they could do better or it was geared more along that artist technique and such best of luck (don)
man if your current artist throws a fit about you seeing another artist.....don't ever bo back to him.....not real professional, but most artists i know encourage you to seek out other artists just so you can get a feel for different people, attitudes, etc etc....
Agreed. Personally, i think its great to shop around get tattooed by different people. There arent many artists who would have a problem with this. Having a favorite tattooist is good but it shouldnt be completely like a marriage (You dont necessarily have to get your ink from them ALL the time) If it really is that much of an issue, ask your artist first hand, see what he/she says.

Thanks everyone for your comments and thanks jtats for the links. Conan Lea's work is amazing. I see he is coming to Columbus so hopefully I can get an appointment with him. Thanks again.
