Artists in Tennessee or Georgia

I was wondering if anyone here knew of any exceptional tattoo artists in Tennessee or Georgia. I made the mistake of getting a tattoo from an artist at a shop that I didn't look into enough, and I wound up with a really horrible tattoo. 12 years and 10 laser procedures later, I'm ready to get another one in the same place that I had my previous one, but I really want to make sure that I find the right person to do the work for me, and I was hoping that someone could steer me in the right direction.
