Back Piece

I am looking for an artist in michigan that can do something with my back. I already have DOZER tattooed on my back but it is not centered and it is alot of scar tissue. Basically it looks like shit and I want to cover it and do a back piece. I went to Desired Skin in Big Rapids Michigan and he tlod me he could do it but I dont like what he wants to do to it. Can anyone help me
