Best Color Portrait artist?

I already know of mike devries and NIkko, who are some of the other great color portrait artists?

I really like some of Mike Devries work (ex. the fighter pilot, Mickey M) but I don't like most of his color portraits. The way he tones the skin makes it look plasticy (if that is a word) to me. Nikko seems to have a similar style but the skin tones to me atleast look much nicer. Just my take but what do I know?!?

Blackie is indeed retarded good. World top3. Petri Syrjälä was also blown away by that Castro piece. King should try to get him to go to Miami. I think people would be psyched to get tattooed by him.
