Best Portrait tattoo artist in Pa (adj. states)?

I'm looking for a tattoo artist to do a special tribute tattoo. My daughter recently passes away and I want and angel tattoo in her image on my shoulder. I'm willing to travel for the right artist. I can't really give you any info on PA artists, as I never made my way out there with all the talent in NJ... BUT! For portraits, going by what I've seen, I'd say Chris Gamm would be your man. He works out of Deptford NJ at Under the Gun Studios. But do your research, see who's style fits your style best!!! Something to keep in mind: In Wilkesbarre Pa there's supposed to be a tattoo convention this september. it just occurred to me how HUGE pa is.. are you on the western end, eastern, central? because if you're willing to go to Ohio then i'm guessing you're in the NW??? how far are you willing to travel?

I'm about 60 miles southeast of Pittsburgh. I'll travel as far as I need to go. I'm a travel agent....I'll fly if I have too. I just want someone who can make this special tattoo everything I want it to be. About the waiting...I have been waiting...my problem is I can't even get them to set up an appointment. With my schedule I need to make appointments pretty far out, so that's really not the problem. My problem is I keep getting the "check back in April when we start making appointments for the fall" so I waited and I did...then I get the message "call back late summer for appointments in the winter". Try Jeff Messersmith from Permanent Impressions. They are in Lemoyne Pa. He did the portrait of my brother. I am happy with it.

Cory Cudney at Divine Machine Tattoo in Buffalo. About three hours from Pittsburg. This guy is an elite tattoo artist. Arguably one of the best portrait artists around. Search for him on google, I don't have his info on hand.
