best tatto artist in SF

i need a lot of help people!!! who is the best tattoo artist or stylist in SF or the bay area? i'm looking for something dark and scary on the inside of my left bicep. i want a rose and cross and skulls or something like that. who should i talk to? where should i go? anyone have any ideas? it would be greatly appreciated if anyone could help me out with info or ideas for a tattoo also.
