Ya Um my little sister and I are looking to get big and little tattoed on the back of our necks. Only thing is we need a good design. We have both drawn and drawn and just haven't been inspired by anything great enough for permanent inking of our sisterly bond. By the way she is 15 and I am 19 and yes our mom has approved and will sign for the little one. We would like to incorporate stars into it also. anyone got any ideas?
