black as primary color

i'm looking to combine some coverup work with some new stuff-the end result being a full sleeve.i'm looking for someone in the long island ny area that uses black as the primary or dominant color-not as in black and gray but incorporating lots of black into a color piece without looking tribal-its a style i havnt seen too much of but it would incorporate old school images with outstanding artistic ability-im no kid im lookin for topnotch work i can grow old with.anybodys 2cents is welcome thanks in advance.
