Black Ink Work

Does anyone know anyone in NJ, NY or PA who specializes in doing strictly black tattoos, including sleeves, and whose blacks stay?

Lou Jacque is one of the best tattoo artists with a very diverse style, and he would put on a black tattoo that stuck all right. Hes up in CT, but would put a lot of thought into the tattoo, more than most tattoo artists, thats for sure.
