Blood under new tattoo

Hi Everyone, Just got my new tat yesterday. Monarch butterfly on the ankle. It appears that there are several areas on it that have red blood "splotches" but it's not really a scab nor does it come off. Will the tat be okay? Not that I'm freaking out or anything (actually I am a little). Thanks!

Hey Apprentice, thanks for writing back. The pic was taken yesterday. I want to say that it's not as bad today but still has red blood just below the surface. Not swollen or anything. Am I missing something? I tried copy/pasting, etc. and can't attach the pic. Have email?

Okay, I'm an idiot. Crisis solved. Took a shower, 99% of the blood is gone. Thanks for willing to help anyway though.
