I want to get 2 leo symbols one on head wrist but i heard it is VERY painfull there? is that true, is it any more painfull there than anywhere eles?!
I got a blachlight tat of a daisy on the insie of my wrist where all the tendons and veins are and I would have to say yes it hurts but in a good way and it is definitly woth it. The only downfall to getting a tat there is it is almost always visible. That is why I got a blacklight tatoo because it is almost invisible in rgular light. and another thing I also have one on the inside of my lover lip and that hurts much much more. Cheryl
Hey, i just got my wrist tat done with my design of my initials in plain black. I cant say that it hurt all that much, just have to watch as some tat's can need touch ups as its a flexible area. Its pretty visible, but saying that its taken some people a while to notice.
I have a black, Hawaiian style on underside of my wrist and did not find it especially painful to get....I'd say most painful place I've had done is the neck area...so go for it!
i have chaos tattooed in hebrew on my right wrist. apparently, its one of the LEAST painful places to get tattooed. it was really just warm to me. it was fine. mine is very visible, but i usually wear long sleeved shirts.
H ey!Im pretty girly when it comes to stuff like this I want a star on the underside of my wrist, but heard it feels like having your wrists slit..is this true..?!?!?!
well I don't know where the most painful place to get a tattoo is, but the artist who did mine said that the back of the knee was the most painful place she tattooed herself (and she said she's done it just about everywhere, with water)
I dont have tats on my wrist but there is an EFFECTIVE method of numbing that does actually work. I've been doing it for two years now and my clients love it. Of course there are the people who dont think a tat is worth it without the pain, but there are still a lot of people out there who would agree that the pain issue is the only thing keeping them from getting one. If anybody has any questions about how it works or whatever, just email [email removed].
Very helpful topic here. I'm getting my tattoo on the bottom of my left wrist and I heard it was very painful. Now I'm not so worried. :) Thanks!
it doesnt hurt bad at all only when i crossed over a nerve or soemthing in the middle eventually it numbed itself[img]http://my.purerave.com/gallery/p/1535771.jpg[img/]

i got my wrist tattoo with a rose and the word joy written in greek and with a vine going down the arm i must admit there was no pain involved so go for it
I just want to say thank you for all the pos. mess. on this page, it gave me the extra little boost i needed to go get my first tat. i will be back later to let everyone know how it went...if my ass passed out or not.
Well let me start by saying the tattoo on my front from ankle bone to ankle bone all across the top . Hurt 100 times less than the one on my wrist. I would rather my feet be done in soild black than ever go though that again!! But I will also say that my wrist are tiny like a little kids thats part of why it hurt so bad. Hell come to think of it pain is fun I would do it again!!
i got my starsign (aquarius) done on my wrist and it didnt hurt much but it bled like a bitch, the pain wont last forever but the tat will =) x
I just a tattoo about 3 inches from the bottom of my palm. It did hurt a little, but nothing too bad. I would have to say the tattoo I got on my back and spine hurt a lot more. So my input would be that it hurts, but nothing to the point of passing out or crying. More of like an "ow that hurts" feeling. Im anxious to see how it heals since the wrist is so flexible, but I think since the placement of mine isn't DIRECTLY on the wrist it should be ok. Good luck with yours! It's well worth any pain you might encounter. And if it does hurt just remind yourself it's only temporary and it will eventually be over!
hey, i have a cherry blossom on my right lower wrist and i would like to say Any tattoo hurts!!! it would be silly to say it doesnt but the level of pain is down to you. Stop thinking about it, take two pain killers an hour before to take off the edge and enjoy the ride. xxxx
Hi, I have (duplicate) suns on both wrists. For whatever reason the left wrist hurt and had a bit of swelling as well. Tattooing hurts. Some places worse than others. However pain is subjective as we all see. Some say it is painful while others say it isn't. I have them on my back, breast, thigh and ass too. I agree with what someone said "the pain doesn't last forever but the tattoo does" *wink* Go get inked!! Enjoy the pain!! Endure!!
