bubbled tattoo

what could cause a tattoo to bubbe up like done with bubble paint? the tattoo was redone about aweek and a half ago, like I said it looks like bubble paint.

go see the artist that did it. if theres red in there it could be a reaction to the pigment. my wife had a reaction to blue with cobalt in it so it can happen with other colors as well. red is a more common color for the skin to have a reaction with.

hey there def go see the artist if it worries you so much. from not seeing it and just guesting, it sounds like it could be a scab, or the tattoo got water logged, sorry don't know the right term for it. But since we can't see it, go ask the artist he'll be able to tell you how to take care of it so it heals proper. good luck with it.
