Sure can. It wouldnt effect my work any, I always work naked and spread eagled. Um, how will it effect you? I imagine it wouldnt feel so great getting it done, and would be awkward to heal but no more so than other awkard places...

I actually have my upper inner right thigh tattooed...Matt Birkla from this website did it. It's a sensitive spot though...and you should avoid wearing tight pants.
