Celtic tattoo clean-up?

I got a celtic tattoo on my wrist two weeks ago. There was one section of the tattoo that scabbed more than the rest of the tattoo. The scab has finally fallen off and it seems healed, but underneath where the scab was, the ribbons of the design have sort of bled together! Does anyone know if this is fixable? Do they have skin-colored ink they could cover up the bleeding with? My artist does free touchups... do you think she'll be able to fix this?
