Chris Trevino Price Range

I need to know how much does chris trevino charge on tattoos. Since he only does large tattoos i wanna know if he charges by the hour or by the piece. Im getting a tattoo done that stretches from top of my arm at my shoulder down to my elbow, is that a half sleeve? I dont want any coloring, just straight black. someone whos been tattooed by him, give me an estimate on how much i have to spend.

My friend got a tat on top of his hand by that guy at a convention and it was like 300. But he did work on it for awhile, couple hours, probably- got pretty jiggy with it. So I'd say your (yes, that is a half sleeve, btw, from elber to top of arm....) will run you about a grand? maybe not that much since you aint colering it in. But what are gonna get? that's what will determine your cost. Watch those tatoo tv shows, they'll show you how much shit costs. just figuring doubleing it for a rockstar doing it.

first off telling people to watch a tattoo tv show to get a price is just ridiculous. secondly calling chris trevino a rockstar is pretty lame. chris is one of todays premier tattooers doing japanese style tattoos. he has a great work ethic and has worked extremely hard to get to wear hes at. he goes to japan constantly to study with artists over there . basically he makes a lot of other tattooers look lazy. i dont think that hard work and years of experience would classify him as being a rockstar.

yea, i would ask him except he isnt in town right now and wont be till the 17th, i already put down my deposit and so im just curious on what he charges on avg for a half sleeve. Im thinking 1 grand also but i was hoping it would be less since i dont want any coloring.

first of all i would ask him and telll him your price range that you can afford and go from there

I imagine he goes by the hour, cause its near impossible to estimate with real accuracy how much a full sleeve costs. He is worth every penny, though, and you probably will pay in installments as he goes.

I have a suit from chris there is a 200 dollar deposit, 200 hr for outline and 150 for shading there is a 6 month to year waiting list

I was interested in knowing how I can actually contact Chris Trevino. My fiance has a sleeve and had seen a guy with a sleeve and said Chris Trevino in Japan did it. He really liked the work and is interested in maybe going to Japan for him but if we can go elsewhere I'd like to know or anyway of contacting him. Thanks

I just got my sleeve done. it was about 11 hours. That translate to roughly $1,400. Good luck . he is well worth it.

ooops...i made a mistake. i meant a Half sleeve. I am actually getting a half sleeve chest peice. I am 16 hours into it. My half sleeve has the black and grey. But the chest part only has outline. So I figure I have another 8-10 hours left. Sorry for confusion.

actually, i have found more often than not that plain tattoos cost more than color...dkw though.........
