Hi guys. I just got a tattoo about 5 days ago. This morning I like woke up and my back was a little sore (nothing wierd there, sometimes I toss and turn all over the place), but like, i was going to apply some aquaphor like my artist said, and i see some of it was peeling! I kinda freaked out because I didn't know if this was normal. I mean I know peeling is a normal process of healing, but some of the color came off! Now my awesome tattoo isn't even. This sux. I don't know if I should wait a few days or just go get a touch-up..what should I do?
Color peeling..

First of, relax.
pealing is normal as long as the surface of your tattoo isn't stuck to your sheets, pad, or paper towel because the rearing may cause the ink of your "wounded" tattoo to come off with the scab.
Now when you say peeling you mean scab coming off or the healed thin layer of skin?
Anyway you should wait at least 2-3 before you know if you need to retouch it. Once the tattoo is completely heal you will be able to tell what to do. If you are still concerned, go back to the shop and outline the situation to your artist.
I personally leave my tattoos dry, i don't moisture them at all and sleep with a non sticky bandage but that is just my case cause I tend to heal fast. But again different parts of the body may require the use of bandages for longer period of time because of the contact with your clothes. Also some people take longer to heal than others.
I meant "because the tearing" not "because the rearing"
