converting written meaning into a piece of art

Hi, my name is Joseph. I have been wanting a tattoo since i was 16. I am 21 now and still do not have one (because i never could figure out what i wanted). as of today, I was able to wright down what it will represent. but i do not know what the tattoo will actually be. It will be a left shoulder piece that will come down my left arm slightly past the length of a normal T-shirt and go over my left peck. all interconnected. could you help me translate what I have written down and turn it into an amazing tattoo? or do you know someone who could help me?
