cover-up artists on long island

Can anyone recommend any artists on long island with lots of experience doing coverup work? i know there are a lot of good artists in the area - but not many seem too keen on freehand coverup work. any one come to mind? i need someone who really has their shading and gradient techniques down pat-drug and attitude free-thank you in advance - -
