HAHAHAHA ! Cranky yes ! Old yes ! Geek mmmmmm yeah I suppose ! You are right this is your house and I should respect it . Sorry for the grief ! I just think that tattooing as it is now has become so over saturated that any one who can draw a stick figure wants to be a tattoo artists . Yes this is an art . But its like building a house . There should be strong foundations for it to hold up over time ! Every one knows that tattoos age ! There i go talking shit again let me stop before i get carried away . You are right everyone needs to start some where . I hope that with time people realize that tattoos are just not for the now but forever .
No need for apologies. We are both in agreement(except the public outings I guess). Tattooing *has* become oversaturated with tons of people jumping on the bandwagon. This means there are lots more bad tattoos out there and people have to really do their homework and learn about tattooing before they get one(or else they will hopefully learn from their mistakes). I would definitly advise everyone who is getting a tattoo to look at *tons* of portfolios and really research their tattoo artist. Just cause your friend has a buddy that tattoos doesnt make them a good canidate to tattoo you. If you *dont* do your research well, you will most likely end up with a tattoo that will look mediocre forever. Hence, the reason we started this web site, to promote quality artists and help people see lots of different portfolios from as many artists as we can. So, lets hear about some artists you recommend!
