Custom/Coverup Artist in O.C., NY?

Hello! About ten years ago, I ... well, lets just call this ink a partial mistake. It was done by a professional who I really looked up to, who usually does beautiful work (or did, I don't know if he's around anymore.) I don't really get what went wrong, but it's been on my shoulder for years, and it looks...bad. It looks scratched. It's an embarassment, and it needs fixing. I am looking for someone in Orange County, New York that has a good reputation, a fine hand at custom, and equally as important, has a good attitude. I'm not saying I want tea and cookies when I walk in the door, but I'm very passionate and down to earth about art... I'd like the person I trust my skin to, to be as well. Honestly, this ink is a big pride issue, and I think getting it covered or reincarnated will help me find some closure. Sorry for the babble :) And thank you for any help you are willing to provide.
