custom designs in atlanta area

i have an idea for a tattoo and would like someone to draw/design it for me in the atlanta area, or through online service and i will pay for design...it is of a crocodille, with one arm chained, the other playing a conga drum, with human features in the face and wearing a hat with a cuban flag on the brim...trying to break the chain...obviously symbolic... please email with ideas. thanks
