hey guys,
im plannin on gettin my legs sleeved and today i ws just thinkin how u bump things and scratch your arms and legs a fair bit. i was wondering what happens if you get a cut or a burn on a healed tattoo? because i kno from burns i have it leaves a brownish scar that is still visible months later, if u get a burn or cut does it screw up the ink/skin so that u cant see the tattoo or does it have no effect? it would really suck to have to go and have a touch up everytime you get a cut/burn!
thanks, -Schoey

depending on the severity, yes, they do leave marks, the more of a tattoo that you have, they're less noticeable because there is more artwork to take away from the attention of the said scratch/nick. The actual tattoo has something to do with it as well. If you have a big scrape going through alot of solid black tribal, that will be very noticeable, but a multi-colored detailed busy piece can hide it better. But on a tiny small tattoo they're very noticeable; but as mentioned, typical nicks and scrapes aren't so bad, its the gashes and deep stuff that are more noticeable.
