dont know what to get for a first tattoo

im getting my first tattoo and i wanna get it near my waist or around there but i dont know what to get ..im thinking a flower, i wanted a chinese symbol but i dont know if it will look good there..??any ideas?

finding a fantastic tattoo artist is just as importnat, if not more, than finding the perfect design (they are both important, but if you have the best design and dont find the best artist, then it dont do ya no good).
