Dragon in Blue Flames

I seen on here the Dragon in Blue and was wondering a couple things... 1) Is this site able to email me the picture so that I dont have to wait for it to be sent via mail? I want it for my son but he is heading back from being on leave from the Marines and want to get him this as his first tat before he goes. PLEASE HELP!! 2) I live in Camden County New Jersey and was wondering if anyone could give me a few ideas on who in my local area is VERY good and also understanding towards apprehensive first timers.
