EDM machine contract!!!

I think I may have finally found a cnc shop that I can snag use of an edm machine for making my frames. I'm not sure how much it's going to run me yet but I'm pretty sure that it won't be horrible to get a few nice frames made. I'm thinking on making around ten of them. I might steal a bit of the ideo from pulse and use an inline spring deck. Might even make a shorty model or two. I haven't found any more information on "half coils" yet but I'm still experimenting. If anyone has any information on them it'd be much appreciated. Has anyone used eikon standard 8 wraps? I'm considering trying them out on my smaller liner. I've really only made my own and worked with pulse. I'm going to be ordering another ems200 since mine got ganked so i might just pick up a pair of coils while I'm at it. One more thing... TAZ.. I'm working third shift all week I need you to get ahold of me so I can set everything up. And no worries I got off of work for tazfest so I'll be able to come down for that. Things are still up in the air with the shop thing... Gah... I haven't slept and I have to go to work in 3 hours... Fuck... 7

yeah man i threw my pulsecoils out, got some eikon 8 wraps. i love how they come presoldered to lugs so you can test out different capacitors, i like how the wires are coded for pos/neg. the top coil has a sticker over the core, which is supposed to soften the sound i guess. but about that sticker, say you shim you coils perfect. all the smacking against it from the a-bar is going to smoosh it down, which means you have to shim it up again eventually, i took it off and shimmed it to where it needed to be. it works nice. But the nicest coils i know of are next gen. i love the big coil cores which result in a wider range of magnetism over the a bar.

oh yeah dude and contact me on aim sometime. you IMed me once and i havent seen you since. i love the inlets for the backsprings that pulse has. let me know how these turn out cuz im interested.
