Finding A Tattoo Artist

Im looking for a tattoo artist in oregon. ill be 18 here in a couple of months and i wanna get a quality tattoo done. The only problem is the only tattoo place ive heard good things about is Pussy Cat tattoos, but ive heard mix reviews other then that i havent heard anything else. I really dont wanna travel more then and hour or two away from portland, but if i must to get a good tatto then i will.
