first tatoo

I got a tiger lilly tat on my ankle. it was my first real tat so to speak. i got one in mexico two weeks before and thought it looked out of place so i got a new one to go with it. people who say it dosent hurt are lying, it was very painful. I love it now it completes the litttle nome I got in mexico. I can't say I will never get another one, but if I do it will be original art, cause theres nothing worse then seeing somebody w/ the same tat

AS for your tattoo...ya gotta realize that every person in the world takes pain differently so the people who said it didn't hurt were probably telling the truth...to them it probably didn't! Hey there..I got my first tattoo last Saturday. It's a little bigger than the avg wall tattoo and yes it HURT. Some people told me it was an annoying feeling. Mine flat out hurt! My friend fell asleep when she got one on her shoulder..go figure. I guess it depends on your body, pain tolerance, etc...
