First Tattoo Machine 2

I am 15 and I went up to the local tattoo shop and he really liked my drawings. He said that as soon as I turn 18 that he would let me be his apprentice. I have been there 3 or 4 times and he said that if I want then he would recomend me to still draw but also if I can get a tattoo machine than I should also start trying to tattoo on synthetic skin. Also My friend David got one of my designs on his back and My uncle said that he would let me tattoo him I he likes my work on the synthetic skin. So if you have any suggestions on what tattoo gun I should get I would really appreciate it Thanks

Once again, get that apprenticeship first before tattooing anyone! There is ALOT more to tattooing properly and safely than just being a good artist. Personally, I don't agree with the artist that you spoke with, advising you to get practice skin and start tattooing, You'll just develop bad habbits when cross contamination issues are a concern.

I dunno...after seeing InkMasterZ portfolio, I am beginning to think SOME people should call them guns. In certain hands, they are obviously just as dangerous.
