Im thinking about getting my first tattoo some time in the next month. And am thinking about 5-10 small stars on my lower back.
But the fleshier part of the back.
I've heard about numbing cream but someone said that it makes the tattoo fade quicker is this true? And if so, how much does it hurt without?

never used it but ive heard that it coud inhibit healing color and such.pain is irelavent!!!! it depends on you and your pain level span, and how well ya deal with pain.
I really want to know if numbing gell, makes the colour fade any quicker than using it without.
Has anybody used it before, or is there a tattoo artist that knows anything about it?
The color didnt fade when i used it on a customer's tattoo but it only works for about two minutes. It seemed to make the skin tougher to work pigment into as well.Since it only works for a short time and the tattoo is going to take much longer, it didnt make any sense to use it again. That was the one and only time i used it. It is a waste of time and money. Besides you need to earn a tattoo. Grin and bear it sweetheart. Get the tattoo. Deal with the pain.
