First tattoo

Hey guys im getting my first tattoo for my bday in like 3 weeks and i dont no what to get im going to get it on my right shoulder blade but have no idea of what i should get or what size ,the dude thats doing it says a medium size for your first if anyone has any ideas for me that would be great . thanks

I feel your first tattoo should really have a meaning to you or pehaps a story behind it. That way you will never get sick of it even when your're old and saggy! :) So think about what is important to you and nothing wrong with talking to others for ideas and if u cant draw, get the tattoo artist or friend to draw as you describe. get somthing with little or no meaning because you will change and your tattoos wont.
