First time FIring someone any tips?

Well im firing someone tonight for all the right reasons. Damn is this going to be hard. Any tips for firing people nicely?

Its gonna suck. My only suggestion, do it in the morning...dont make the poor bugger work all day and do it at close of business..it will only make it worse. Mark

yah it sucked. Good guy. But we have 2 piercers here and its better for one piercer to do well then 2 piercers to do ok or less then. It was awkward but best for both parties.
