first time

Like the subject line says, I am going to get my first tattoo soon. I'm 20 and have wanted a tattoo for about two years. I have a basic idea of what I want and I just need it drawn by someone who can actually draw (I can't and my sketch looks HORRIBLE...) If anyone has an ideas about where to go (I live in South Jersey) or any tips for me. I'm a real baby when it comes to pain and needles. I also have to tell my parents. I don't think my dad will care but I'm pretty sure my mom will flip out. Any suggestions?

Take your drawing to a shop,and see what they can do with it..I would go to www.tradewindstattoo.com All the artists that work there are good..And Slingin Ink,on Arnold Ave. in PT.Pleasant has good artists..And Neptune Tattooville @ 225 Rt.35 S. take the idea to your artists and work with him/her until you get what your want right
