Gang Tattoo Cover Ups

I operate a web site called www.gangtattoos.com It is mostly an informational site about the meaning of gang related tatoos. However, I get lots of gang members that come to the site looking for ways to cover up their old gang tattoos. I was sending some business to a person in Chicago that would offer discounts to former gang members wishing to cover up their old tattoos. I am currently not able to make contact with her for some unknown reason. I was wondering if any shops would be interested in offering some kind of discount to people I would send their way? I ususally get one or two request a month from someone in the that is interested in covering an old gang tattoo. Any assistance you may be able to offer would be greatly appreciated. Respectfully, Rob
