bill please do not type in all capitals it is considered yelling in the forum world and its just plain damn hard on the eyes when reading...lol.. perserverance and patiences will help you achieve your goal in the long run.
Bill ...I have NO idea who you are and I make no judgements on your skill if I have not seen your work....I am just tellin you that no one will even talk to you about "getting into a tattoo studio" without seeing your work As far as chewing people out ..the only time that happens is if they are total idiots, are disrespectful or if they post in capitol letters.. By the way...just what the fuck were youn tryin to say in your last post?? cause I cannot make any sense of it....TAz
And just to get it straight...I am on this forum to HELP people not to chew them out or insult them...I WANT to see each and every one of the posters on here succeed. If I can help you to accomplish your goals I will....TAz
To get into a good shop you need a KILLER portfolio. Kick ass work, the best you have. What you can do in other mediums is often as important as your technical ability. If your artwork is truly a cut above the rest then make sure you have a clean professional presentation and hit the streets with it. There are tons of people who want to be tattoo artists, but not too many with real art skills and genuine drive. If your always pushing your art, building a larger stronger portfolio, get tattooed by excellent artists, and working twice as hard whenever anyone knocks you down, then you will find success.
hey fukin a right taz is a man of truth i have not seen him give ANY FALSE info out and he is defintely a man of the word.infact he has opened a door of opprotunity for me and my family that will in the near future have us seeing things and the world in a whole new light. it has been posted already and i hope im not speaking out of turn taz but here very soon a new shop in fort collins colorado will be opening via taz and myself. i am very excited over this venture and look forward to busting my ass for this.i have been in other shops and all but i feel very comfartable with this venture set forth for the two of us and all that will be in the ground floor begining as it will in no doubt be the best shop in northern colorado.thus giving proof that he is willing to help see someone suceed out of the kindeness of his heart and soul. not too many people around like this any more.bravo taz bravo( don) p.s. and we have yet to meet face to face.its called TRUST, RESPECT something we both share and have
AWWW gosh Don..yer makin me blush...TAz

Is there a projected opening date for the new studio? Keep us up to date, its pretty awesome you guys are doing that.
i hope that taz and i will have a opening date here in the next week or two we will keep all in mind and ley ya all know on how everythings going from the signing of the lease to the grand opening and all. and yes this is way beyond awsome! infact im lining up clients every day just got 2 more lets ink!!!!!
Realistically speaking I think a realistic opening date will be sometime in mid-late MAy...a lot of things to consider and get done before those doors open to the public Gabe and you should know that better than anyone ...you have done it! And Tattoonow will be doing our website for the new shop as well.
If you guys have a footon (hope I spelled that right) I might take you up on that offer Taz.lol Can I bring a date?...I mean helper???.:)
Anytime pal..I just want those buzzers!!
Hey taz did not mean no disrespect man and no more caps thank you for your help anyway you can help is great thaks.

I would love to do the site! Ill be out in Denver for a day later this summer, maybe we can have a dinner or something. And man, I had it sooooo lucky opening up our studio. It was almost like the town wanted us there. We only really looked at two places! I have watched a zillion folks open their places though, and know exactly how lucky we were!
No disrespect taken man!! And keep postin...We may be hard on some people but it is for a good reason! Appreciate your post!!!...TAz
Yeah! people don't realize the work that goes into opening a kickass studio!! Most think ya just rent a place and move in and put out the welcome mat...well kids that just ain't it!!! Anyway yeah we wouldn't have anyone host us but Tattoonow...you and I have our differences of opinion but thats what makes it fun!! So what else can we argue about??.....TAz LOL!!
