Getting ink while on antibiotics

I have my appointment coming up on Friday. I might have to be on antibotics for a few days before my session because of an infection. I have been waiting a month for the appointment so I don't want to re-schdule. For the artists out there: Is it ok to get ink when you are on antibotics or should I wait? I was thinking that since I was going to be on antibotics that were would be less chance of an infection. I am going to ask my artist but wanted other opinions also

if the infection is skin related i would wait if its a inner infection you may be ok but i hesitste on wether it is bacterial or viral bac is nasty and spreads easily just as viral.i would personally ask you to wait get over your battle as i do not really want to place another battle area for the meds to fight and withdrawl form there main area of attack.i realise the long wait but better to be in best when getting inked.hope this helps don
