I was thinking of getting a couple of tattoos (dont have any) and I want to find some good artists in arizona to bounce some ideas off each other to find a sweet design on some ideas I have. thanks

Try "Phil", at Alley Kat Tattoo in Glendale. This guy is amazing! Light hand, fast, he's my personal artist from here on out.

What about great piercing places in the glendale/phoenix area. I'm a website gal and alot of the places I see have good reviews have no websites, I'm 45 minutes from any of them so it would be great if I could get a sense of quality,prices (navel) and I have my own internally threaded gemset banannabell sealed from another shop that I would really like to get pierced with :) -Beth

Don't go to Club Tattoo. You can find other artists who have much higher quality work for a much more reasonable price. I think that paying $200/hr is understandable for artists who are worth it, but not for mediocrity. Check out some of Brandon Bond's tattoos and compare them to the tattoos by Club Tattoo artists and you'll see the difference in quality. Brandon Bond is the #1 tattoo artist in the country and charges the same rates that they charge at Club Tattoo. The old saying "Quality tattoos are not cheap..." reigns very true, however, you should find an artist who is more interested in you and your piece and not the $$ and fame. Also, any shop who has to "name drop" and list the celebrities that they've tattooed on their website loses reputation points in my book. Of all the shops in the east valley... Immaculate Tattoo in Mesa has the highest quality work. Check out their website and see for yourself. Of course... if you're a poser and believe that your artist must be good if he's friends with Jenna Jameson...go to Club Tattoo.

We don't hang our talent on the celebrities we've worked on, that is one page out of 100 on our website. We are only 100-120 per hour, not 200, and we are worth it. We won 29 trophies at the phoenix convention. club tattoo sucks ass. they are more interested in running a boutique than running an ol fashion tattoo shop. All i ever see is the club tattoo merchandise on people with out tattoos. why get tattooed from artist who don't have any tattoos. club is the sweat shop of crap tattoos.
