Can anyone tell me any good tattoo artists in the Kansas City area that might be able to do some personalized work for me?

Probably the best tattoo shop in K.C. is Freaks On Broadway. Located right on the outskirts of Westport. The only two artist that I know of that work there are Roxxy and Chris. They are both spectacular artists. Check them out at www.freaksonbroadway.com
